  Dr. Rehm is excellent. He explained EVERYTHING to my son and I about the procedures. He was great with the appointments. Dr. Rehm treated my son like a person and asked him questions to make sure he understood. The procedures didn't take very long and I didn't hurt. My son hurt but it was to be expected with the amount of work that needed to be done on his little mouth. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Rehm. His dental assistants also are AMAZING and ALWAYS THE FRIENDLIEST
  
  My BIGGEST BIGGEST problem with this practice is the older admin who answers the phone, gives inaccurate information, is rude and just doesn't know anything. The only other problem is the people that work with payments they aren't the greatest and they left me stuck with a bill that is 1/3 of what I already paid which is horrible since I already paid over $1000 to even set up an appt for my son.
